Our deck has eight huge pots of flowers that we can enjoy from the windows. The hummingbirds have been plentiful and so have the flowers which cascade to the floor, requiring regular trimming. I decided to paint each of them, this is the first.
By the time I complete them it will be time to fill them with Pansies that will last through the winter. Even if we have a bit of snow, they bounce right back.
I will be participating in Leslie Saeta's Thirty Paintings In Thirty Days Challenge. This will be the fourth time I have done the challenge, it is a great way to meet artists, gain inspiration, and have lots of fun. Tomorrow is day one, so I hope you'll follow along.
