Artichoke On Yellow
Not everyone loves artichokes like I do but they are one of my favorite vegetables. They are fun to eat and are delicious hot or cold. I used to take half an artichoke left over from dinner in my lunchbox sometimes along with a little bit of lemon and garlic flavored dip that my dad used to make to go with them.
