This is one of my favorite vegetables and even though it seems to be available almost year round now, I am looking forward to this and many other veggies when we can get locally grown produce. I have been enjoying lots of local collards, some of them from my own garden. It's time to plant snow peas, lettuce, and beets for which I already have the seeds. As soon as the snow melts, I will be out there planting for spring!

This, too, is my favorite vegetable, and I love this painting.
