Striped Beach Chair

I painted this because I love the stripes on the chair.  I'm becoming a little obsessed with stripes lately.  Actually I have painted this before and I wanted to try it again in the square format.

The first one is hanging in a beach house at Bald Head Island and the owner tells me she really enjoys it.  I put the sandals in this time and tried to recapture the great feeling of a morning on the beach, just reading the newspaper.
