This is a favorite Santa musical toy that my kids always loved. I have been wanting to paint it for a long time and finally decided today was the day. It is a beautiful sunny day with wonderful light  coming into my studio. This one came together quickly and was great fun to paint.

This is the first of my three Amaryllis bulbs to bloom, the other two are not very far along yet.

This is the first red and white one I have planted.  I had it in my studio for awhile and it was getting good light so maybe I should put the others up there, too.

Each one of the stalks has four large flowers on it so we are really enjoying the amazing beauty of this plant.
