Sold Hogsnapper
This is my new favorite fish because of it's beautiful coloration and the three dorsal spines. The Hogfish is very unusual in that it is protogynous, that is, it begins life as female and changes later to male. The really large fish are probably male. The Hogsnapper is a flavorful fish and can be found off the coast of North Carolina as well as other fishing spots.
