I am very happy to report that this painting has found a home. I received a call from the gallery this morning and I understand that the cute pig helped seal the deal. 

There is a wonderful chemistry when a collector loves a painting and wants to include it in their decor.

This is one of my larger paintings I have been working on for the Palustris Festival, which is a local celebration of the Arts. I painted it from a wonderful photo by a member of the Sandhills Photography Club for an exhibit called "Double Takes".
